My name is Biswajit Chattopadhyay, my Consumer No.05917T and the name of Gas supply dealer is Cantonment Gas Supply, Gorabazar, Kolkata. Please note that I have booked gas on 28/01 under Booking Ref. No.298057 but when I enquired about the status of the booking on 23/02 through automated booking no., it was my utter surprise the date of the above booking had been changed as 22/02 and the booking Ref. No. given as 309668. I failed to understand how the booking date and no. has been changed when there is urgent requirement of gas cylinder at my residence. Please take immediate action and restore my old booking no. and date for urgent supply of gas cylinder at my residence.
I expect some positive action in this matter.
