Misuse of supply

I booked for domestic use at SRI CHELLA AGECY at selaiyur on 7.2.2011 for more than19 days they not suppllied cylinder but catering people and tea stalls, auto rickshaws get domestic supply even without any registration or any seniority in booking. there is no proper person to check the supply. will the I O C look into it and to regulate supply and delivery boys-consumer no.19466- M.Vivekanandhan. 133 sannadhi st, sudharsan nagar chennai-600126
