Problem faced during travel by train

I want to bring to your notice that i have traveled by Link Exp from Delhi to Visakhapatnam on 13 May 12. I have faced the following problems:-

(i) Pantry car of the train was charging ₹ 110 for a lunch and dinner. when i asked him that u are charging more then he said the the basic Thali is for ₹ 70.

(ii) i asked him for complaint register, the attendant refused to give complaint book.

(iii) the pantry car sellers are charging ₹ 15 for a water bottle.

(iv) And also on the following railway stations the sellers are charging ₹ 15 for a water bottle and refused to give complaint book.

(a) Itarsi

(b) Vijayawada (B-natural shop)

(c) Bina

One more thing that the passengers does not have sufficient time to make complaint during stoppage to train in some station.

Please do the need full, else i want to give me the correct address to give complaint.
