After validy refused to rechage the Smart card

Dear Sir,

On 30 Dec My ATVM Card (NR 0060019) reflect that the card validity is 3rd Jan and balance is Approx Rs 200 then i go to the recharge counter of ATVM of PF -1, Hazrat Nizamuddin, there was no one to make it recharge, for 30 Min there was no one came because i have to catch the train i move on.

then again i reach to the same counter on 28 Jan to make it recharge and validity, the person sitting out there have told me that my card got expired and i cannot redeem my balance and the deposit money.whick is approx Rs 250.

request you to kindly suggest on this context, what should i do now?
