I had booked a ticket from Nagpur to Raipur Junctionon 15, 03.2011 by train number 12101.The PNR No. is 8352870094. On the day of travel the train was late by more than 5 hours and I had lodged a TDR Claim. Within 3 days I got 50 % of the ticket amount. As per the rule if the train is late by more than 3 hours then full refund is to be granted. But in my case I have got only 50%.Almost 6 moths have been passed by and Inspite of several reminders I have not received the balance amont. Kindly look into the matte
