Cancellation of e-ticket

Dear Sir,

I have booked a ticket from New Delhi to Gorakhpur for date 22-01 which Pnr No. 2201221055 Transaction ID 0171143280 by train no. 2554/ Vaishali Express. The tain is late by 13 hrs. Due to the late running of the train have not travelled by the ticket. Please cancel the same ticket and refund the same.
