I was travel on 03.02.10 on Holiday express train no. 0233 Hanumangarh jun. to Jaipur Jun. regarding this my ticket no. 33327070 AND PNR NO. IS 2202398013 AND CHARGES FOR THIS 930/

ON Joureny day my birth converted 2nd ac to 3 rd ac on this matter i saw TT but he reply i dont no as like this apko jana hai tho jao varna mat jao jo karna hai krlo aur na hi muje refund dia gya jb maine refund ke lye bola tho apko railway station yaha se ticket lia tha vahi se milega.

Railway station Hanumangarh jane par unohone kaha hum kuch nai kar sakte muje yatra 2nd ac se 3rd ac me karwai gai par diffrence nai vapis kia gya plaease ap vapis karwae
