We feel very uncomfortable during the journey of RAILWAY FROM JEJURI TO THANE.
• AS WE WERE TRAVELLING BY AC- CC & IN THIS HOT SUMMER EVEN WE ARE NOT GETTING A FREE GLASS OF WATER FROM IRCTC EVENTHOUGH WE ARE PAYING THRICE OF NORMAL FARE.
WHEREAS IF WE ARE TRAVELLING FROM SHIVNERI (MSRTC) OR JANSHATABI WE ARE GETTING QUITE GOOD SERVICE……..WHICH IS LACKING FOR KOYANA EXPRESS …….SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
• ON 2ND MAY EVENTHOUGH MEGA BLOCK WAS DECLARED WE GOT THE RESERVATION & AT THE TIME OF BOARDING WE GOT THE INTIMATION THAT KOYANA EXPRESS (1030) WILL STOP AT PUNE…….KEEPING YOUR CUSTOMER IN NO MENS LAND…………AFTER ENQUIRING AT JEJURI STATION & PUNE STATION WE GOT VERY RUDE REPLY SAYING YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BOARD IN ANY MUMBAI GOING TRAIN BUT NOT GIVING CONFIRMATION ACCOMODATION………… MYSELF AS WELL AS OTHER PEOPLES WHO ARE HAVING CONFIRM ACCOMODATION TRAVELLING WITH THEIR CHILDREN & PARENT FOR THEM YOUR RAILWAY STAFF GIVING EXCUSE OF ADMINISTRATIVE FAULT THIS AMBIGUITY CAUSING TO OUR PEACEFUL JOURNEY.
• AS PER YOUR RAILWAY AUTHORITY FROM PUNE (MR. VORA STATION MASTER) I AM WRITING THIS APPLICATION FOR GIVING ME COMPENSATION FOR HECTIC JOURNEY AS WELL AS REIMBURSEMENT OF MY TRANSACTION 617.00 WHICH CAUSE ME TRAVEL FROM MSRTC & ALSO WE REACH OUR DESTINATION LATELY & SPENDING MORE MONEY.
