This mail is being writen to you after being informed by Mr. Joginder of irctc on 28th of june that I have to go on sending the mail to IRCTC and they have there choice to reply to my mail or not. If the attached documents you will please note that I have filled the TDR process for refund of my hard earned money on 20th of February after the train was delayed for more than 3 hours (i am elligible for full refund of fare as per railway rule) at the station I was informed by railway authority that since the tickets was booked through IRCTC they cannot refund my money and on contacting IRCTC I was advised to fie my refund through TDR process, the same was filled on 20.02. Now on contacting IRCTC Mr. Joginder of IRCTC informes that Railway has to refund my money, It is really a pain to keep our money blocked for such a long in such a high inflating market. may I request the intervantion of your kind advice IRCTC to refund my amount with intreast as your are aware we are charged @2.5 % per month from the Credit Card provider. Hope your kind office will look into my case favourably so as not only to overcome the harrashment faced by me but also the IRCTC do not behave the simila manner with other customer.
I have been informe by Mr. Joginder of IRCTC that I can write to anybody and they do not care for the same (I sincerly belive that this is misuse of my hard earned money)
