Indian Railway
Money refund is not credited in my account

Dear Sir/ Madam,

i m really unpleased about the current position of Indian Railway. I have booked a ticket and due to some problem I decided to cancel the ticket and after cancellation the money has not been refunded to my account till now.

my ticket details are-

Transaction I.D- 0255628542

PNR no. - 1247601231

Cancellation date - 30-09-10.

please look on these small issues unless no one will book ticket through internet.
