Dear Sir,

I Booked a ticket from jhansi to lucknow date 12/02 Transaction ID 0302442020 and PNR 8539151177 in the name of Sumit kumar sing. It was on wailtlist status on the day of travelling after chart has been prepared. hence I could not travel from it. Why I did not getting my refund back.?
