SUBJECT:- TDR Refrence number is ekt2010121001876466 and TDR Refrence number is ekt2010121001876434
I have made vigrous efforts with cleartrip to get my money back from IRCTC for the above subject TDR's for the journey JAMMU TO LUCKNOW ON 06/12 whose PNR no is 2312238202 and PNR no 2212238197 respectively.
But, even a long time has been elapsed nothing is heard from you neither i get my money back.
It is the crystal clear case of cancellation of Train.(HIMGIRI EXPRESS)
As per cleartrip 120 days has also been ellapsed but no money was refunded to me.
It is humbly requested to you please get this matter resolved immidiately
