NON RECEIPT OF RAILWAY YATRA CARD

I have applied for railway subh yatra card and paid Rs 500 in this regards, my membership no.is 21165043787 dated 29/03, it has been almost 3 months but still I have not received any card whereas as per your declaration it should be delivered within 15 days.i have already mailed them thrice but didn’t received any reply .plz look into the matter and deliver the same or return my amount at the earliest.
