Mistake in reserved ticket by booking clerk

Sir,

I got a ticket reserved for my wife and son yesterday at Extension Booking counter at CBRI, Roorkee. My son whose age is 12 years has erroneously been shown as Female in the ticket. When contacted today, the booking clerk says that we cant do any thing now. The journey is scheduled for 22 June 11. What should i do?

I need the guidance as well as a compensatory action against the error which has caused me trouble. Thank you.
