Sanitization

Sir/madam,

I traveled from Bilaspur to Allahbad in train no.15160 on 02-07 but the sanitation in the train was worst i had ever felt in any train. I couldn't complaint as no complaint book was provided by the TTE and they asked me to approach the guard in the train.
