I booked a ticket from Ghazipur City to Mumbai for travel on 29/10 by Train No. 11066.

Due to some unavoidable circumstances I didn't tarvelled. I filed TDR 31/10.

But on 05/01 I got response from IRCTC as below:

"5387-CR/60 As per chart Passenger has Travelled, The case is repudiated File No :641/Y/61227/11/12/E4".

Please help.
