Money deducted from SBI debit card but ticket not booked

It is to make a notice to IRCTC. I tried booking my ticket on 05.10.10, between 1-2 pm. I paid the amount of Rs.446, through SBI debit card issued on my name, SUHAIB AHMAD KHAN, no.- 622... 2344, but unfortunately, the ticket was not booked. I also confirmed it through checking my transaction of ID with IRCTC. Later I succeeded in booking the ticket at 02:14:13 pm, by paying another Rs.446.

So I would like request IRCTC to please look into the matter and return my money, paid for nothing.
