Myself Sagar Mal Rathi suffering from IRCTC System, as today i got an urgent work in Kota city so i was making ticket through online in TATKAL. I was having Balance in my IDBI bank account and 137 tickets were also available in TATKAL quota. I booked the ticket and made successful payment and amount 367/- was also deducted from my IDBI a/c but due to technical problem in IRCTC i dint get confirm ticket.

And its not happening first time. Whenever we need to book ticket in TATKAL Quota due to any reason we always unable to make tickets just because of IRCTC systems.

Sometimes we IRCTC site doesnt open so sometimes page never reload.

My problem is that if we cant make any tickets then why Our Indian system provide us these kind of facilities.

In todays life this is one of the most big issue of our Country. Each and every person is suffering from this problem. The facility of Booking tickets online is just for name sake service provided by IRCTC but actually its a source of income for agents and officers of Railway.

so i request you to Kindly take action agianst this system as soon as possible. And do the needful at the earliest.
