I cancelled 3 tickets in the month of November. Out of 3 i only managed to get a refund of 1 ticket and not the other 2. It has been more than 5 months now that i am following with the bank and IRCTC. Bank claims they have not received any refund from IRCTC. IRCTC claims they have refunded back the amount & also gave a receipt number. When checked with the bank they are very certain the money hasn't come to them.
When i discussed the certainty of ICICI not receiving the fund i'm only getting a common answer from them that they have escalated it to the concerned department and they will revert back to me. I am getting this message since 29th March.
I think more than a month is an enough time to get back to me...
I'm just fed back & lost all the hopes of getting my money back. I dont know what to do... I'm relying on this platform a lot.
Pls help me with this. Pls write back or call me...
