Alcohol consumption by onduty railway employees

Hi,

During my day to day compute, I have come across onduty railway employees who perform their duties under the consumtion of alcohol. And some of those employees are onduty guards and drivers of trains. Everyday, millions of people use this public mode of transportation for their daily compute and such irresponsible employees jeoparadise the life of those people.

Their is rarely any action taken against such employees. Infact, their should be strict checking carried out on daily basis to identify such employees and necessary actions should be taken against them.

p.s: I have no idea if those consumer complaints are ever read by any authority bodies who come forward and take any actions over those submitted complaints. Still, hoping something woould be done, i am just submitting my complaint as a concerned citizen.
