Refund of Fare through TDR File
I had booked a e-ticket for26 Nov09 for my wife, her sister and nephew. Since the train was late at jalandhar and they had to catch a connecting flight from Delhi, they boarded shatabdi train by paying double the fare for AC Chair Car. I filed for my TDR on 03 Dec09 for the refund of my Fare. Customer care people said that I would be getting it after 60 days.
It has been more than 4 Months are over and still the refund is not done. The status is still showing as "Refund under process". IRCTC has expressed its helplessness till refund is given by Indian Railways. My Personal Phone number is 09417803341 .I am furnishing the details of TDR correspondance to IRCTCbelow. No reply has been recieved til date.

I Col AS Parmar had filed a tdr on 03 Dec 09.Even
after 4 months the amount due to me has not yet been
refunded. I had also sent an earlier mail on 22 mar 09 regarding same. You are requested to do the same at the earliest.
