Nexus between booking clerks and touts

I went to book my tatkal tkts on 1st and 2nd june at 6 am and was surprised to see the system of booking tatkal tkts at the booking counter. Some unauthorised agents submitted more than a dozen forms at a time and the booking clerk was busy booking only their tatkal tkts till 8.15 am. When the turn of common man like me came, there was no room in any train. There were so many people like me there who had to return empty handed. There seemed a comfirmed setting and vested interest between the clerk and the agents. If railways want to book tkts for the agents only early in the morning, there should be a separate counter for the agents and another for the common people. The tatkal facility is for everyone and everyone has got the right to book his own tkt from the counter. There should be a token system in place. Whoever turns up early will get the token first and one form should be accepted from one person strictly and any unfair practice should be reported and the guilty should be penalised. Only this way the very purpose of introducing tatkal facility will be fulfilled.

Meanwhile some random searches/ checks should be conducted by the railways at the counters early in the morning off and on so that persons indulging in such unfair practices are caught off guard.
