I have travelled on Neelanchal Exp from Bhuvaneswar to Varanasi on 24 June and made a return journey on 27 june. The bed linen supplied was not washed when going to Varanasi and in the return blanket was not given saying somebody might be using two. I was in a/c 3 tire class. Dr. S.S.C.Chakra Rao, 67-B, Shanti Nagar Kakinada.
