TDR - refund not received for 2 cases

I have file 2 TDRs of etickets from IRCTC as per the following details but till date I have not received the refund on any of them. I have followed up with IRCTC but have been told that 90 days is a normal TAT. However in these cases more than 6 months have passed, but I have not got the refund yet.

The TDR Status for both is showing as: Forwarded to Railway

The Refund Status: Refund under Process

TD Transaction ID : 0223620197 dtd 06/07

Reference No: ekt2010076001393479

Reason: Train Cancelled (due to bandh called by ruling party)

TD Transaction ID : 0230921279 dtd 19/07

Reference No: ekt2010071901438856

Reason: Passenger Not Travelled (both passangers)

Please let me know how longer it will take the Indian Railways to process this.
