Cancellation of E Ticket

Dear Sir,

I have booked e-ticket vide PNR # 8403497874 for travellimg on 26.12.10 from KOTA Jn (KOTA) to JALANDHER CANT (JRC) by SWARAJ EXPRESS train # 12471 for two passangers.

Due to route diversion due to GURJAR AANDOLAN and train didn't arrive at our boarding station hence we could not board at KOTA.I loaged calim with IRCTC on 26th Dec, 10 and get mail confirming that it may take 90 days in process of refund, but after passing more than 90 days despite my e-mails and phone calls on helpline I have not get any satisfactory reply and schedule when I shall be getting my money back.
