I travelled today with parents via train no.12131 from Dadar to kopargaon with pnr no.8257405873. Train departed kopargaon at 30min earlier to its schedule time 3:30. i could not board at my destination. TT charged me Rs.720/- for three person and given me the receipt of extended journey. I tried to explain him in many ways but all in vain. Kindly register my request for returning my money at least.
