CANCIL E TICKET

SIR,

I have one irctc a/c . in that i took one e ticket on 12-10 from VIJAYAWADA TO KOTTAYAM, for six members journy date11-1, my a/c name is SRAJABABU, ID is SPRB, on that day after taking this ticket isaw a mistake before logout the a/c, i took this ticket anothers irctc a/c name also like my name SRAJABABU, from VIZAK, i dont know how i entered in to his a/c.

on that day12-10 i tried three times to take this ticket in the prosses two times i lost the money, one time i got the ticket . after four days the lost money is added to our sbi debit card

so please cancil the ticket pnr no 265579328, date 11-1, i use sbi atm no 6220180134600003922, card holder name yarragogu kesava.

sir ihave already made a complaint on 22-12, please cancil the ticket
