No Refund of TDR (issued due to booked with Credit Card)

I have booked my Ticket from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore in PRASHANTHI EXP (8463) for 9th Oct (9-10) with Credit Card.

PNR No: 623-0036206

I have cancelled the ticket at Bhubaneswar on 6th Oct (6-10).

As in Bhubaneswar (Headquarter of EAST COAST Railway, Capital of Orissa) Credit Card Transaction facility is not available, so they provided a TDR (Ticket Deposite Receipt) after cancelling the Ticket with TDR No: 034517.

I have deposited the TDR at Bhubaneswar on 23rd Oct at Bhubaneswar and they told within 2 months amount will be credited to my Credit Card.

But till now i have not received the amount.

Please do the needful.
