Ill character, irresponsible behaviour, no sense of consumer respect

This complaint is from a small city bilimora frm navasari district, state gujarat.

Today 7th Feb morning 6.30 I went to buy train tickets for Mumbai, the person at tge ticket window (female) has evidently been disrespectful and ignorant of her duties n responsibilities.

When asked for a ticket to Mumbai for a fast train she hands me a ticket to a local train, when told she with utter no shame talks with disrespect and anger. I have just one question, these railway employees are for the people's help and comfort or for abusing us, disrespect and emotional trauma.

Requesting some strict actions.
