I had booked a ticket in train no.12082/jan shatabti on 11 sep 2011 (PNR NO. 4331147748), from tvm to kozhikode. I had kept my boarding point at kottayam, as i was travelling by road and was thinking of boarding the train from any convenient station in between, I had paid the full rate of the ticket from tvm to kozhikode. i then boarded the train from tvm, but the TTE fined me Rs.1000/- as per receipt no. 179429 dated 11.09.11.
When i have already paid the full fare from tvm to kozhikode. I do not understand why i was fined. i request that action be taken to refund me the fined amount.
