SIR, FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION ‘ PLEASE SEE THE BACK SIDE OF THE ORIGINAL TICKET WHERE THE INDORSEMENT IS GIVEN BY THE RESERVATION OFFICE OF ‘RAE BARELI RAILWAY’ STATION FOR TDR . AFTER THAT SO MANY TIMES I HAVE SEEN ON RAILWAY BOOKING OFFICE IN AHMEDABAD, SABARMATI GANDHIGRAM AND OTHER STATION. THERE WAS ONLY ONE SAME REPLY –‘ TDR IS NOT UPDATED’. AT LAST I HAVE INQUARE FOR REFUND AT HAPA STATION BUT SAME REPLY- ‘TDR IS NOT UPDATED’ .
SO, SIR, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF RAILWAY AND CONDUCTOR TO SEE THE COACH AND INFORM TO THE NEXT STATION FOR UNTRAVELLED PASSENGERS .
SO PLEASE SEE THE INDORSEMENT AT THE BACK SIDE OF THE TICKET AND CONSIDER THIS CASE FOR REFUND ..
