Money back due to delay of train

Sir, i am Dr.shallender kaushal, practicing at my own clinic in kurukshetra HARYANA. I came to PATNA 2 days before by flight. For return journey i booked 6 seats in MAHANANDA train, for me and my friends. The departure time of train is approx. 11:45.of dated 26-12. we come to know that train is late by 4 hours.after 3 hours we were on railway station of PATNA. Thereafter we got information that train is late by 18 hours. Then in urgency we booked our seats in another train i.e RAJDHANI EXP, through a private travel agency. I paid 400/- extra per person to travel agent. Thus total amount i paid was 1-.

After the reservation in another train (RAJDHANI) when i go through the processing of tickets cancellation of MAHANANDA, ON RAILWAY counter they told me to made cancellation, throuh internet online. when i tried for this online by INDIAN RAILWAY and YATRA.COM, they told me that ticket can not be canceled, because cancellation time is over. i am doctor by profession, it was very urgent for me to reach at my clinic, so that my patients have not to suffered. PNR of ticket that i was willing to cancel is--6335147802, TRANSACTION ID --0164518189. sir i want to get my amount back that i paid for RAJDHANI EXPRESS i.e 1- rupees TEN THOUSAND (10, 000/-) for compensation.
