Dear Sir / Madam,

I had horrible experience with indigo airline. My friend who was suppose to catch his flight from Delhi to Dubai on July 22 with indigo was not allowed to board the flight by immigration officials as he did not have immigration check not required stamp not there on his passport as a result the flight had to leave him behind which is fair enough. But my anguish is the immigration officials informed the indigo ground staff about all this, so the staff should have cancelled his ticket right there and there for refund or given him credit for the same.but they did not do any thing. When i went to indigo office for the same the manager was helpful at all and did not hear me out. In short i was not allowed to use my rights as i customer. I would appreciate if some one from indigo could sort out this matter for me if they really want to stay in business.my contact is 9967192860 Mumbai.
