Hi,

I have been trying various numbers but am not been given a reply. I travelled with my family from dubai and reached mumbai on 30th January. The bag which was checked in is apparently broken and some valuables (cash, perfumes, expensive clothes) are missing. I have no where to go now except going to the consumer court. please help. this is actually harrowing for us. At the airport, they have given us a damage report and nothing else. Is this the post sales service Indigo Airlines has to offer?
