Loss of railway parcel

Dear sir

I am Satish kumar singh. I booked a cycle from ferozepur railway stn (fzr) on 21 jul receipt no 97730 for rajendranagar stn. However the parcel never reached. On enquiry it was found out that booking clerk had used a wrong station code. he had used "rjq" where he should have used "rjpb". Repeated comlaints at ferozepur stn and rajendranagar stn gave no result. Requests fell on deaf ears. A consumer is left helpless as only thing he can donis to lodge comlaints which have no effect.
