Misbehaviour / non supply of cylinde

Ooking of cylinder made on 3rd April ' booking no.given is 37, not yet received. On asking person named Anand (Ph. No.- 9213613055) replied very rudely and said that it can be delivered only on 8.04.10. whereas the system says it should be delivered within 4-5 days after booking. Please look into the matter as we are facing this problem every month.
