" NO - RESPONSE" TILL WRITING THIS MAIL
Today, Again I had a discussion with Mr. Akhlakh Ahmed on your Tel. No.011-45195959 your customer care unit because every time a new person is available on line, again I had explained him the history of my request & again he told me that he will again forward the request. He also explained me that he don't have powers to do more than this.
My question to you people is are you people `SLEEPING' & not reading any mail not taking any feedback from customers, very nice, just keep on doing

Finally, I had again called-up on 09-11-10 & had a discussion with Mr. Vijay at your customer care centre 1:45pm he assured me to for today evening also gave me the assurance that somebody will give you a call within 15minutes. My? to you is will it work
when you don't have time to provide proper attention to your existing clients, will you be able to provide `Green Delhi' (the organisation committed to a cleaner and greener environment.

Dear Sir/Ma ' m,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have invested some amount of money for a LPG Pipeline Conexion to be installed at my residence since November.. The Pipeline work for this conexion has been installed & completed around four months back but not any flow of Gas till date.
Now, I wanted to replace the Pipeline & installed it somewhere else or take another alternative route till kitchen area because there is Construction work has been started by us on the same floor & the work is getting disturbed because of pipeline.
We tried to contact on the given contact persons nos. 9717832102 which is listening `OFF' in the office timings always. Another nos. is 9015663782 of Mr. Santosh always Out-Of- Reach, What to do...?
Please take necessary action to solve our problem as early as possible.
Early action/reply to this matter will be highly appriciated.
