C-53, express from ghatkopar depot

Sir,

This is with reference to the above subject, Name is express (C-53), but passengers are not benefited from the service.

We all are regular group of passengers (20 to 40 from ghatkopar depot)

All are being paying express fares and forced to travel between vashi depot and now all Belapur belt (hiranandani),

Ultimately leaves us in Kalamboli after 1.40 hrs (actual travel time is 1 hrs.) Is this justifiable at any cost, now all passengers

Are disbursed and travelling in different buses (ST and NMMT). Direct service from Ghatkopar to Kalamboli will fetch more passengers and revenue will be higher like (C-52). Local buses can be diverted to cater the needs of the belapur belt. VAshi depo is covered by so many buses and no need to divert C-53 for 2 to 3 passengers daily. Please look into
