Hi,
On 26th March we were coming from Amravati to Pune by Saini Bus, which meet an accidentnear Malkapur. Bus got completely damage and got burn.
Due to fire we have to jump from bus window and in hurry not taken our laptop / mobile / purse etc and all that got burn.
Saini bus where saying we will get all payment if we are having original bill by insurance company and now he is saying you will not get any payment.
Kindly let us know what is the policy.
Our total lost is more then 1.4 Lac.
