My flights were canceled due to some technical reasons, i was told to get my refund from the reliance web world, govind nagar, kanpur, UP, India, from where i got my reservation done. But the reliance web world staff has refused to refund as they say that their portal and agreement with air Deccan has been closed. Air deccan people say I'll get my refund from web world, where to go? I'm fed up now. Its been four and a half months, tickets are dated 25th of feb, 07. I'd previously logged a complaint on the air Deccan helpline website but there has been no response, you please guide me. PNR noi. of my ticket is DA08874590.
