When I was booking my tatkal ticket from irctc eticket booking account for mas to ndls date 08-11, my balance has been deducted from my sbi account but I was unable to recive my ticket from irctc transaction history on irctc website. So I kindly request to irctc eticket management to refund my balance in to my account my account no is :31402082228
