I HAVE BOOKED 4 TICKETS FROM BHUJ TO LUCKNOW ON DTD 15.06.2010 FROM IRCTC WIDE PNR NO B6W5WQ. AT THAT TIME 10% CASH BACK SCHEME WAS RUNNING AS PER IRCTC NORMS. BUT TILL DATE I AM NOT IN RECEIPT OF MY MONEY WHICH COMES TO RS.2607.00 I HAVE CONTACTED TO IRCTC CUSTOMER CARE EVERY ONCE IN A WEEK, THEY HAVE ASKED FOR THE BANK STATEMENT WHICH I HAVE SENT TO THEM. WHEN I CALL TO THEM THE SAY WAIT FOR 48 HRS, WE WILL GIVE YOU UPDATE BY THE EVENING, WE HAVE FORWARDED YOUR COMPLAINT TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT, BUT TILL DATE THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR END.AND NOW I AM VERY MUCH HARASSED BY THE IRCTC ATTITUDE.
THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.
