Efund of failed transaction in irctc online booking :
i booked two tickets using mu SBI debit card from varanasi (MGS) to chennai egmore (MS) in GAYA express train no :2389 on 23.12.2009 .
After making the payment i got message session expired. I checked my sbi debit card bank transactions and I can see a payment of Rs 1063/- made. However when I see the list under "Booked Tickets" on the website, I dont see any reservation made. transaction id :(0169821751 and 0169827514)
And another one is agra cant (AGC) to delhi (NZM) trans id:(0169775598) amount Rs 295. (kerala express train no:2625.
