Non refund of canceled e-ticket

Respected Sir,

I bring to your kind notic that i have cancelled my e-ticket (for entire family 06 persons) dated 24/10 after departure of train due to Non confirmation of ticket.

Detail of e-ticket is as below:

PNR No.:6232913662

Dated: 24/10.

i have received reply of my email confirming as below:

"Your case has been forwarded to the concerned Railway through TDR refund process. Your refund request has been filed successfully against Reference No: ekt200910250798104.

The refund under this category shall be processed by the Railways under the present commercial rules. This process takes minimum 90 days or more. Once the refund is received from the Railways the amount will be credited to your account."

But even after several reminder neither i have received refund nor any communication from IRCTC.

Therefore i humbly request you to help me to get refund of my money.
