Refund of ticket

I sent a mail on 27th June at 10: 50, 22 hours before the departure of my train to cancel e-tickets (3 2nd AC tickets, PNR No. 6342919533). They didn't cancel the ticket and now they are now acusing me that the request was not made before the chart preparation and hence I have to file TDR.
