Online ticket booking price deduction three times

Dear Sir,

Actually I have booked online ticket through IRCTC from Hyderabad to Karagpur (PNR No.1147887739) for amounting of Rs.1881.00, but while trying to book the tickets i faced to failures, and the same amount was deducted from my HDFC Credit Card as 1881 X 2 = 3762. Totally three times deducted for one ticket booking. Please look into the matter to get my amount Rs.3762/- back.
