Deduction of money without ticket

Dear Sir, i m Shivam Shrivastava, i have tried to book my ticket by IRCTC web from KALYAN jn.(kyn) to JABALPUR (jbp) in 2188AGARIB RATH SPL train on 2 Nov in two times both on boarding date 4 Nov in TATKAL scheme both times After Make Payment there was connection error & i don't got my ticket when i cheacked my account balance they have deducted money 792 792=1584 with giving Ticket.

plz help me for return my money 1584rs.
