Refund pending for more than FOUR month

Dear Sir

I had filed a TDR on 21st July through IRCTC for refund of fare (PNR # 6344209713) as the train was running late for more than three hours and we had not travelled.

Till date I have not received the refund in spite of multitude of email and phone reminders nor have I received an explanation...

Every time i hav been getting explation from your customercare representative as " i forwarded ur file to respective raiway zone"

Please sort out my problem
