No refund after cancalation of ticket booked in tatkal quota

I Have booked a ticket under Tatkal Quota to travel from Davanagere to Pune JN on 23-Nov at 18:32. Due to some problems i have decided not to travel and cancelled on 22-Nov at 20:00.After sucessfull cancellation it shows no amount will be refundable (Amount Refundable=0).

I seek your kind directions in this regard.

I also request you to treat this matter as area of concern.
