I have cancelled the tickets on 06.04.2011 vide Tr. id No. 0327834898 and 0327831155 and PNR No. is 1349757227 and 1349757083 but till date my refund amount is not credited in my account.
It is therefore requested to look into the matter and credit refund amount immediately.
